Kiwi Mint Smoothie

Suffering from winter oatmeal fatigue? Try this cool and refreshing treat coming to us by way of Kris Carr and Coconut and Berries. Here’s to longer days with more sun, sun, sun! Enjoy!


2 ripe kiwis, flesh scooped out

1 large, frozen banana

1/2 cup coconut water OR pure water

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Squeeze of lemon or lime

Handful of spinach

Ice, if desired


1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add more coconut water/water to reach your desired consistency.
