Calling all goddesses! Starting a mind/body makeover doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Proof of this is the “21-Day Total Goddess Workout,” which focuses on self-love and healing the root issues of weight gain. Brought to you by Daily Om and led by Jannine Murray, this 21-Day online program (which Jannine calls her “body empowerment program”) will address hormone balancing, better sleep, what to eat and when, different daily yoga sequences, recipes, mantras, and basically provide a whole lotta love from Jannine to get you to love your body inside and out. And we all know that that is where true transformation really begins.
