It all really starts from here doesn’t it? You can be going along in life doing “great” things, meeting “great” people. The list goes on. However, if you don’t have a “great” relationship with yourself (warts and all), it all feels a bit flat. There’s always something nagging you inside and it typically is followed by “enough,” as in, “I’m not [loved, smart, young, rich, talented, driven..] enough.” Tosha Silver is ready for you. Known for her book, “Outrageous Openness: Letting the Divine Take the Lead,” and her MANY workshops, Silver is ready to help you relax into self-acceptance and worthiness. She’s got great (fun) energy, realness, and a deep sense of spirituality. Her mission is to help you clear out all the blame, resentments, and regret to make room for your deepest relationship — with yourself. I’m a big fan of her “Divine Beloved” prayers and mantras. Some people love mantras, while others feel a bit skeptical. It’s all good. I will say that if performed with sincerity and openness, there is real power. Our thoughts and words can help reprogram and recondition our reality. Here’s a couple to try out:
“Divine Beloved, please let me feel the truth about myself. Let me truly feel whole, complete, and lacking in nothing.”
“Divine Beloved, please change me into someone who trusts that what’s meant for me will always come, in exactly the right way and at exactly the right time for my highest good.”
Here’s a sample of her in action at the Emerging Women conference.
Find information here on her upcoming workshop in Berkeley, CA on Dec.16.
And, if you cannot make the event, here’s a great list of her mantras.
