Welcome to this week’s digest. I included the above image of the incredible labyrinth at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health as a tonic for the times we’re in and an inspiration for the future. As we start to slowly get a better idea of Covid-19 transmission, I wanted to share another resource from Medium’s Elemental series that covers surface vs. airborne transmission.

Many of you had been on a bread-making path pre-pandemic and most definitely there’s been an uptick in the past six months. I feel like I’ve rediscovered the greatness that is sourdough bread (and it’s health benefits), and found a gluten-free version at Chloe Charlier’s Breadblock bakery in Santa Monica, California.
